Space Availability Search By making one call to Destination St. John’s, you can check space availability for over 2000 rooms, in all major hotels and facilities in St. John’s and Eastern Newfoundland. We offer a complimentary, time saving service, whereby a request for proposal is issued to properties that meet your specific requirements. You will receive quotations on group rates and other required services. The proposals (or simple notification of space availability) can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed directly to the event planner or group or by our members. Or if you prefer, Destination St. John’s can act as a liaison to summarize the proposals for you.
Event Services Destination St. John’s will help you promote our unique destination by providing promotional material – videos, slides, and printable brochures. We are currently able to assist with:- Site selection review

Site Inspections Destination St. John’s can co-ordinate a full site inspection of all facilities and accommodations you are considering. We can suggest itineraries and book appointments with key management contacts at each venue and arrange transportation during your stay. Event planners and groups will meet the right people, get informed answers to all your questions and provide the most up to date information to help you during your host selection process.
